About the event
. Step into the world of cinema as the most iconic movie scores ever written come to life on stage. Reel to Real: A Cinematic Symphony brings the power, emotion, and spectacle of the big screen into the concert hall, performed live by the UAE Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Nicolas Mann, with vocalists Clarita de Quiroz and Amanda Maalouf. From sweeping orchestral themes and unforgettable love stories to epic adventures and legendary cinematic moments, the programme takes audiences on a journey through the music that has defined generations of film. A full symphony orchestra. Two exceptional voices. One night of the melodies that made us fall in love with cinema — heard with the scale, depth and energy only a live orchestra can deliver. Whether you are a lifelong film-music fan or hearing these scores in concert for the first time, Reel to Real is an evening designed to make you hear the movies differently. The screen gave these stories their images. Tonight, the orchestra gives them their voice.
